Manual Lymphatic Drainage
Manual lymphatic drainage is a type of gentle massage which is intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart. This is an extremely light pressured massage. Each session is paired with a dry brushing session. Dry brushing removes impurities from your skin and improves circulation. After the massage you will get to take the brush home with you. Receive $5 off your next session when you bring it back in for your future service
More pain doesn't mean a better massage- always communicate your discomfort with your therapist.
